 How to get a reservation ticket of Indian Railway through IRCTC 


1.Create an account with IRCTC: Go to https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/train-search, the IRCTC website, and click the "Register" button to start the account creation process.

2. Log in to your account: After registering, use your username and password to access your account.

3. Look for trains: Type in the date, class, and stations of origin and destination on the main page.      Select "Find Trains" to look for trains that are running.

4. Select the train: Click the "Check Availability & Fare" option to select a train from the list of available trains.                                       

5. Verify availability and fare: Choose your desired quota, class, and train type on the following screen, then verify the train's availability and fare.

6. Choose the class and press "Book Now."

7. Enter passenger information: Type in the guest's name, age, gender, and preferred berth.

8. Verify details: Check the information entered to ensure it is accurate. To continue, click "Continue Booking"

9. Make a payment: by choosing a method and inputting the necessary information. After entering your payment information, select "Make Payment."

10. Receive confirmation: Your registered phone number and email address will receive a confirmation message following a successful payment, along with ticket details.

And that's it! Your reservation for a rail ticket has been successfully made on the IRCTC website.
